On Saturday noon, AJ Group hosted crowds of children and adults. The first open event in the 20-year history of the company, organized on the occasion of the upcoming Children’s Day, was a success.
The participants could enjoy numerous attractions, including inflatable castles, animators, face painting and sports competitions. You could also sit behind the wheel of a real fire engine, or taste the sweet delicacies prepared by our employees. Despite the uncertain weather, the turnout was great, and the kids left the event very pleased.
An important element of our festival was the opportunity to visit the production hall. This place, inaccessible to outsiders on a daily basis, aroused great interest. Visitors, guided in organized groups, got acquainted with the production cycle of waterproof clothing, from design, through cutting, sewing, welding, to storage.
Saturday’s event is another example of a new management strategy implemented by AJ Group for a year, based on the best CSR patterns and rules.
